If you cannot create or assign new clients, you probably do not have the proper permissions. Please contact the administrator of your agency in Dashbo.
Create a Client:
If the client does not exist yet, you must follow these steps: Agency Settings > Client > + Add Client > Enter Name > Add
With that, the client will now exist in Dashbo and will be automatically assigned to your user.
Assign a client to myself:
If the client already exists in Dashbo but you don't have it assigned yet, you must follow these steps: My Profile > Assigned clients > Select Client > Save
Important: You can later manage which clients you want to see on the main dashboard from the "My Clients" tab.
