How to view goals?
In Dashbo, each control line can contain up to two custom goals.
To view all of a client's goals, you must click on that client's name and go to the "Monitoring" tab. From the "Control Lines" section, you can view the "Goals" column where the specific goals associated with each budget are detailed.
To view goals from the dashboard, you must select the "Goal 1" and "Goal 2" columns from the column settings.
From that column, Dashbo will report the percentage shortfall between the goal and the actual progress that should have been made to date.
For example, if the goal is to achieve 60 conversions in the month of April, and by the 10th of the month only 15 conversions have been achieved, Dashbo will report a 25% shortfall against the goal.
Hovering over it will show that at this point in the month, 20 conversions were expected, but only 15 were achieved, resulting in a 25% shortfall against the goal.
How to edit goals?
There are two ways to edit goals:
A) From a budget's global information tab: Go to "Click on a budget's name > Global settings > Goals"
B) From the goal columns on the main dashboard.
To do this, you must click on the pencil symbol inside the goal columns.
The goals that can be selected are:
