Dashbo includes a wide variety of metrics and dimensions that you can view as columns from its main dashboard.
Selecting the columns to display and arranging them in the most convenient way is important to work efficiently.
Ideally, you should have a column set for each of the processes or types of reviews you want to work on.
How to modify column sets?
To customize the column sets to be displayed, you must click on the columns icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard and then on "Configure Columns".
Once there, two modals will be displayed:
A) Column Selection: From the modal on the left, you can enable or disable the columns to be displayed.
B) Column Order: From the modal on the right, you can choose the order in which they are displayed.
The higher it is on the list, the further to the left the column will appear on the dashboard.
When the set is ready, you can click outside the settings area to preview it, or give it a name and click "Save" to add it to your list of saved column sets.
What column sets already exist in a new account?
By default, Dashbo comes with the following column sets:
Budget Control: Useful metrics and dimensions for monitoring and managing account and campaign budgets.
Pre-paid Balances: Includes columns that help to know the status of balances in accounts that work with pre-paid balances.
Among other things, it includes the number of days of balance remaining in the account, considering a spend rate equal to the average of the last 7 days.
Last month (Final results): All columns with performance from the previous month.
Client Health: Useful metrics to understand the current performance of the different ad accounts. They include information on goals, conversions, and health KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and others.
Quick Check (KPIs): A mix of metrics of special interest for a quick check on clients.
