Before creating control lines in Dashbo, you first need to connect the ad accounts to the platform. To do this, Dashbo is granted credentials through users with access to the different manager accounts.
To do this, just follow these steps:
Agency Settings 🔩 > Connections > Connect the ad platform you want It's important to know that: You only need to do this once per agency.
You can disconnect and reconnect the platform as many times as you want. Connections must be made with an email that has access to all the ad accounts you want to manage from Dashbo.
Dashbo will only be able to monitor the ad accounts that the user you connected with has access to. If you get a new account, remember to grant access to that user!
For Google, you can also connect to ad accounts directly without a Manager Account.
