Custom comparative metrics in your agency

Comparative metrics allow you to view metrics in the period you want and compare them with another period.

If you wish, you can set up alerts for critical deviations in your email and/or your chat channel.

Where can I set up my comparative metrics?

You must go to "Columns > Configure Columns > Custom Columns (click on the pencil)"

How do I set them up?

Simply select the metric you want to monitor, select the desired period under "in the period", and under "compared with" select the comparative period.

If you only want to view the metric without comparing it against any other period, you can select {No Comparison} under "compared with".

Press "save".

You can then select the configured metric from the "Custom Columns" section of the column settings module.

When you return to the dashboard, you will see that the comparative columns show the data for the chosen metric for the selected period, as well as the percentage difference compared to the data from the comparative period.

You can set up up to 6 custom columns and you can add them to your dashboard from the column settings. In the alert settings, you can configure their sensitivities.
